In two weeks, a working AI policy and a team that can use it: clear ground rules, approved tools, and the AI literacy the AI Act asks of you.
An AI policy that rests on your values rather than on fear of fines: clear ground rules about which tools your team uses, what for, and with which data. Compact enough to actually be read, concrete enough to work with tomorrow. It comes with an AI literacy workshop for your team: required under the AI Act, and the quickest way to bring the policy to life.
We begin with a values session: what does your organisation stand for, and what does that mean for how you want to work with AI? Only then do we look at tools and rules, so the policy has something to stand on. Over two weeks we turn that into workable ground rules and an approved list of tools. We close with the workshop, so the policy doesn’t just gather dust and everyone knows how it works.
Besides what’s allowed, the policy covers how openly you talk about it, to staff and to clients alike. The duties from the AI Act, such as AI literacy and transparency, are built into it as standard.
These principles are set out in my AI manifesto as well.
