AI Actreadiness scan

A clear picture of the AI running in your organisation, what you already have in place, and what to sort out before 2 August. So you know exactly where you stand.

What you get

A clear overview of all the AI running in your organisation, what you already have in place, and what needs attention before 2 August 2026, the next step of the AI Act. I look beyond the legal checklist: using the AI ethics maturity model from Erasmus University, I also map how mature your handling of AI is, from culture and policy through to training and tooling. So you know where you stand, and what the logical next step is.

How it works

We start with an initial conversation and a round of chats with your team, because there’s usually more AI in use than you think. I then check everything against the AI Act and against the six dimensions of the maturity model. You get the findings in plain language, and I talk you through them in a single session: what you can handle yourself, and where you might want help. If you’d rather not take those next steps alone, I can guide the implementation too, translating the rules into concrete steps at your organisation’s pace.

The ethical side

The scan reports what I find, even when the outcome is that there’s little for you to put in place. Information about your organisation stays with you and doesn’t disappear into external tools. The method is grounded in research, with sources cited, so you know what the judgement rests on.

These principles are set out in my AI manifesto as well.
